Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Nakayama Laboratory, conducted a feasibility study for tethered autonomous mobile cells for smart cities using our developed indoor autonomous drone (autonomous mobile robot) "Cuboid".
Integrated Self-Positioning and Optical Camera Communication Using Image Sensors

The Nakayama Laboratory at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology has developed an integrated self-position estimation and Optical Camera Communication(OCC) system for autonomous mobile robots using image sensors, utilizing our indoor autonomous drone (autonomous mobile robot) "Cuboid".
Data sharing between delivery robots and AR navigation using spatial ID

As part of the "Research and Research on Digital Twin Construction"*1 commissioned by the Digital Agency, a demonstration experiment on data sharing between delivery robots and AR navigation using spatial ID was conducted in February 2023 at Tokyo Port City Takeshiba in Minato-ku Tokyo.

Joint Research on Robot Friendly Environment

We conducted collaborative research towards the establishment of a robot-friendly environment. The theme of this project is to "demonstrate options for countermeasures through facilities, robots, and humans, and aim for rational robotization according to the situation."
The research was conducted as part of a project subsidized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, with the aim of further promoting the application and spread of robot technology.

Tokyo Robot Collection

Cuboid and the outdoor driving prototype were selected as part of demonstrations aimed at realizing the "new normal" in urban complex facilities, and the demonstrations were conducted in the Takeshiba area in September 2020.
